FOURESS HIGH PERFORMANCE BUTTERFLY VALVE ( MODEL-5422,5423 and 4S –V30)

Fouress High Performance Double Eccentric Butterfly valves that replaces the general valves like Ball valves and Gate valves are having Innovative compact design, light in weight and economical.

The PTFE ( Teflon) seat ring is designed to withstand extremely corrosive chemical solutions and high temperature fluid up to 230 Deg C ( e.g. Demineralised water, Air conditioning Chilled/Hot water, Sea Water, White Liquor, Formaldehyde solution, organic solvent, compressed air, oxygen, exhaust gas, coke oven gas etc..). For higher pressure, upto 30 bar, Fouress has a special design under 4S V30 wherein Teflon seal with Stainless steel backing are incorporated.

Fouress High Performance Double Eccentric Butterfly valves are also available with SS seat rings, instead of PTFE seat , ensuring high degree of seat leak tightness ( Class IV) for high temperature upto 550 Deg C.

FOURESS HIGH PERFORMANCE BUTTERFLY VALVE ( MODEL -5422,5423, 4S-V30) FEATURES:

 Double Eccentric Mechanism: Since the stem is eccentric from the seat ring, the disc is in contact with the seat ring only, when the valve is completely closed.
 The benefits from the double eccentric disc design include:
Longer service life due to hard- to- wear seat ring
When in the closed condition, the force of the disc on the seat ring ensures complete sealing.
Easy operation with low seating torque.
The offset stem design allows easy replacement of the seat ring without removing the stem.
Available in both metal and PTFE seated
Valves can be used for both on/off and control duty.
Model 5422 and 5423 are designed for 20 Bar Pressure , whereas 4S –V30 can go up to 30 bar pressure.
Model 5422 are designed for 230 Deg C and Model 5423 are designed for 550 Deg C.
